Pork and Sauerkraut

Sprinkle the pork with salt and pepper

Place the sauerkraut, onion, apple, and caraway seed in a large roasting pan and stir to mix.

Place the pork loin on top. Pour beer over all.

Roast at 325° F. for about 30 minutes per pound until meat thermometer reads 170° F.
